TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIPS

When will my Membership Pack & Card Arrive?
If you renew or purchase your membership before the 16th November 2016 you will receive your membership pack and card in early December.
Memberships purchased after this date will take up to 25 business days to arrive from the date of purchase.
What do I do if my membership pack and card doesn’t arrive?
If you renewed or purchased your membership before the 16th November 2016 and you have not received your pack by the end of December please contact the Western Force Membership Team on 1300 853 401 during office hours and we will order a replacement pack for you.
If you purchased your membership after this date and have not received your membership pack and card after 25 business days please contact the Western Force Membership Team on 1300 853 401 during office hours and we will order a replacement pack for you.
Please note that during the run up to the first home game we receive a high volume of calls – we strongly advise to contact us as early as you can (after the normal delivery period has been exceeded) to notify us that your membership pack and card has not been received.
If you notify us during a game week that you have not received your membership pack and card has not been received we will issue you with a print at home ticket to gain entry to the stadium. Your replacement card and pack will be sent to you within 25 business days.
How do I print my membership card at home?
Simply download the instructions to print your ezytickets. Use your MyRugbyID or email to log in and your season ticket will be e-mailed to you to print off at your convenience. One ticket lasts the whole season and it’s a great way to avoid the queue on game day. It also makes it easy to forward your ezyTicket to friends/family to print and use, if you're ever unable to attend a game.
Please note that your ezyTicket will work for all Western Force home matches and the email can be re-printed and re-sent at any time. The barcode on the ezyTicket will be a copy of your member card so you’ll be able to use either your card or your ezyticket for any game (but please note you won’t be able to use both for any one game). EzyTickets must be printed – there is currently no mobile scanning available.
Who can use my membership card?
Western Force members can lend their card to a family member or friend, providing that person is of the equivalent level of entry (i.e. Concession/Junior). Adults found to be using a Concession or Junior membership card will be refused entry and risk having the membership card confiscated.
Lost/Replacement membership cards
If your membership card is lost or stolen, you'll need to contact the Western Force Membership Team at email@example.com or on 1300 853 401 to arrange a replacement. Lost cards will incur a $10 replacement fee.
Replacement cards and temporary membership passes are available for collection on game day at the Membership Office outside Gate 1 of nib Stadium. The office opens 90 minutes prior to kick-off and closes 20 minutes after kick-off. You will need to provide ID at the point of collection.
I've lost my membership card and can't contact the Membership Team - what should I do?
There is a dedicated Membership Office at all Western Force home games to assist with any member issues. Please refer to the above answer for office opening hours. The office deals with member related inquiries only. All ticket purchases and inquiries must be directed to the Ticketmaster box office.

What benefits do Western Force Members Receive?
Western Force Members will receive an extended pre-sale period exclusive to Super Rugby Club Members for every Wallabies Test Match played in Australia in 2017. The standard pre-sale period of 3 days has been extended to 7 days before tickets are released to the general public.
2016 members who renew before the Friday, 21 October deadline will be allocated the same seat(s) as the previous season. New members can indicate their preferred seating area during the signup process and will have their seat allocated on a priority basis. New seating allocations will be communicated via email, so please ensure we have your correct address recorded.
Renewing members wishing to request a seat change have the ability to do so at the point of renewal. Once your request is received, the Membership Team will contact you to discuss alternative seating. While every attempt is made to fulfil all seat requests, please be aware that change requests are processed according to member priority, and all changes are subject to seat availability.
I've missed the renewal deadline - what happens now?
If you don't renew your membership package before the October 21 deadline you can't be guaranteed the same seats as 2016. Once the renewal period has closed, new members will be allocated seats according to the best available - this will include non-renewed seats.
Should you renew after Friday, 21 October and your previous seats are not available, you will be allocated the next best alternative.
If you anticipate that you won't be able to renew your existing membership before the deadline, please contact the Membership Team as soon as possible to discuss your renewal options.
Does my membership package include entry to any Super Rugby finals?
Your membership does not include any entry entitlements outside of the regular 2017 home season. Should the Force qualify for a home final, members will receive priority purchase periods according to their membership package. Members will be notified of any upcoming purchase periods via email.
How do I buy tickets to Western Force away games?
Tickets can be purchased online via Ticketek for regular season games within Australia. Tickets for games in New Zealand, South Africa or Japan will need to be purchased through a local ticketing agent.
How will the Force communicate with me throughout the year?
Email is the primary method of communicating with our members. This includes e-newsletters, event and match day information and exclusive team content. Ensure your contact details are up to date by logging into your MemberLink account here.
How Can I Pay For My Membership?
To improve the Monthly Payment Plan, the Western Force have contracted the 'Debit Success' as a third party service provider. The annual membership fee will be divided into equal instalments and payments will be deducted on the 10th of each month
An initial set-up fee of $5.00 will be applied to the first instalment. An additional fee of 3.09% will apply per transaction. Please also note a $10 dishonour fee will incur if the transaction is declined. Renew your membership before Friday 21st October and the $5.00 set-up fee will be waived.
Western Force Memberships can be paid for in full using a credit card. You will need to log into your Memberlink Account or set yourself up as a new user to select and pay for your membership.
Payment can be made in cash at the Western Force office, however please note that cash payments are subject to the 1.95% processing fee.
