Harry Scoble is another success story of the Future Force Foundation with the UWA rake rewarded with a full contract after stepping up when injuries hit the Road Safety Western Force’s hooking stocks last season. In a meteoric rise the 22-year-old was playing Pindan Premier Grade for UWA before going on to score a try in his Super Rugby debut against the Waratahs in Round Nine. Scoble went on to add another seven caps to his name in a strong debut season and showed he could more than hold his own against some of the world’s best hookers. The former Australian Under 20’s representative was valuable contributor for the Perth Spirit in the Buildcorp NRC and will be keen for more Super Rugby opportunities in 2017.
