Towering lock Richie Arnold, the twin brother of Brumbies and Wallabies lock Rory Arnold, is entering his second season with the Road Safety Western Force. Standing at 208cm and weighing in at 120kg Arnold cuts an imposing figure but a torrid run with injury kept the 26-year-old of action for the bulk of last season. After working his way back solidly through discipline rehabilitation work Arnold has set his sights on a Super Rugby debut in 2017. With a burning hunger to test himself at the top level Arnold brings incredible physicality to everything he does. If the big man can keep his body right the Sea of Blue can look forward to seeing Arnold bring his mongrel style of play to the Force pack.
Multiple injury setbacks keep him off the track. Re-signs for another year with the Force in November.
Plays for Queensland Country in the Buildcorp NRC and joins the Western Force as part of the wider training group.
Moves to Queensland to play for the Gold Coast Breakers.
Plays third grade in country New South Wales for the Murwillumbah Bannanas.
